The Awakening Church, Kihei

We arrived in Maui late on a Saturday and wanted to find a church to go to Sunday. We found Awakening on Google and were so, so pleased we attended that next morning. Pastor Stephen and Amber made the experience incredible. Not only are you in Maui sitting on a rooftop with an incredible view, but the amazing music, incredible sermon, and relation to real life made it all so very special. I look forward to visiting every time we are in Maui and plan to follow them online. Really started our morning (and trip) out right! Highly recommend them if you are in the area or live in Maui and are looking for a home church!

We were visiting from Texas, did several searches and Awakening seem like the one. Whoa! Everyone was so welcoming, nice and made us instantly feel like we belong there and we were Church family. After Service Pastor Stephen was just as opening & welcoming. He took time to talk with us, listen as if we were the only ones there even though there was obviously others waiting for him. If you're visiting Maui & need a Church to attend on a Sunday or if you're Blessed to live on this beautiful Island I recommend Awakening Church. The Holy Spirit is Alive in this place. It was our 23rd Anniversary on this Sunday July 18,2021. What a Blessing to us & our family with us. Thank You!
