  This was our third trip out with Captain Dave and did not disappoint! proved to be another great fishing trip. My boys ages 11 & 16 caught 8 to 10 speckled trout and each caught a drum in the 25 lb...  more »

  My father, brother and I went fishing with Captain Dave in July 2017. We had such a great trip, we decided to book two trips with him this year. Our first trip had to be cancelled due to a tropical storm off the coast. Dave did not want to see us leave without some fish, so he added a day for us-on his day off. Although the weather was ok those next two days, Dave called to let us know that even though we could go out, we wouldn't catch anything. This goes to show that not only is Dave an expert in fishing the OBX waters, but a real stand up guy as well. If you are looking for a Captain with integrity and knowledge, book a trip with Dave. Hopefully we will be able to get out on the water with Dave next year!
