  This is an absolutely magical place. Imagine a top notch botanical garden where you can buy the plants. In the winter months, it’s like a mini-vacation to the tropics. Full grown, ancient lemon trees and amazing tropical flowers—this place has everything.

  I bought from them a couple times and had no issues until my third purchase where the plant came in bad condition with a third of the leaves fallen off and crispy edges for the ones intact. I had established trust with the quality of plants with them so had no hesitation ordering again. They have a 60 day guarantee policy so I got a refund for my plant but they do not reimburse for shipping which was basically the same cost as the plant and they no longer have the plant for replacement. Unfortunate they don’t give exceptions for plants that arrive in bad quality for shipping reimbursement.
