  • This is a fantastic place to go visit! There are a few walking trails and you can get the passport stamp at a table outside. Because of Covid the visitors center is basically closed except for the bathrooms, so no film. The tour at 10am was awesome since I had it all to myself. Learning about the house and Martin Van Buuren is well worth the visit I’d say.
  • We visited in October 2021 and lucked out, having the whole place to ourselves, and thus a free private guided tour. The grounds and house are very pretty. There is a lot more to the house than just the basic living spaces. The servants kitchen, basement storage and more. The painted scenery photo was part of the wallpaper. The two cemetery photos are not on these grounds, but close enough to include in your visit. A very nice stop.
