Gorgeous, private, it’s like your own little world. You can hike to the top, bike all the way to the sugarloaf area trails. Walk along the river. If you’re a resident you get to use the amenities—ice rink, wood grill, pizza oven, fire pit, warming hut, and soon sit or fish by the trout pond! Watch for animal signs or see the actual animals-moose, deer, fox, and even the occasional bear. There are views from everywhere. It’s a community that you get to know everyone. It’s growing because it’s a special place.

Very accessible, beautiful views, not too many people. Looks like their expanding, maybe adding parking? No hiking, dogs allowed. There's a cool little amphitheatre.
