The canoes we're clean and the backrest on the canoes we're great. We rented 2 canoes. The owner was very nice and told us to take our time, we did the kid trip. It took us 1.5 hours, the time flew... more »
It was wonderful. They have a 5, 7, and 11 mile trip we did the five-mile due to limitations of a friend. The river was a bit lower than the last time I did this. Quite a few rocks to maneuver around. They are very well organized very reasonable. If you need their equipment it's $30 plus tax. If you have your own kayak or canoe and need them to put it in for you it's $20. Very friendly group.
This was a lot of fun. The canoeing was not too strenuous as there is a gentle current, and we saw tons of turtles along the way. Also, the water is very refreshing in case your partner "accidentally" flips the canoe.
