CJM Country Stables invites you to mount-up and join us for a memorable horseback ride on Kauai's magnificent south shore. Discover hidden valleys and panoramic views as you ride to secluded beaches and bays within this historic and legendary area. Experienced guides share this very special Maha'ulelpu area.

Ride with us through a working cattle ranch. Experience cool sea breezes under the shade of upcountry ironwood trees, and down through sandy dunes on blue ocean bays. You will see varied and diverse terrain offering picturesque coastal views as well as spectacular mountain scenery, to be enjoyed by all family members.

We offer a 2 hour ride for Maha'ulelpu beach ride 9:30 AM ride and a 2:00 PM ride Monday through Saturday. This scenic journey takes you though the historic Maha'ulelpu area. You'll experience a variety of scenery and terrain from coastal and mountain vistas to agricultural ranch land. Cross over a sand bar and stream near one of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii. View native plants and wildlife. Beverages supplied. $110 + tax.

Twice a week we offer a secret beach picnic ride for 3 hours at 1:00 PM. This ride is ideal for families and small groups and includes "the best" of our other rides. After riding for about an hour, you can dismount to relax and explore the beaches while your trail guide prepares your custom picnic lunch of deli sandwiches, chips, fruit and refreshments. $140 + tax
