Lawa'i Beach, Koloa

Small beach in area of condos and resorts. A popular local spot for surfers so a great place to watch their skills. The beach is t very big so you don’t see many people laying or beach combing. There is always a snorkeling going on. Turtles are often in the surf around the corner. There is one stand to buy shaved ice and some food. The Beach House is here which is an upscale restaurant that serves dinner. Reservations are a must! Great location for sunset. Benches along the walkway. Parking can be a challenge. It is located not far from the main Poipu shopping.

Small but pretty public beach. Lifeguard on duty for extra safety. There's a monk seal typically on the end near the resort, but please respect the wildlife and stay off the perimeter. You can order food and drinks from the Lawai Resort and rent gear if needed as well. Seems to be popular with surfing as well. Plenty of public parking available.
