Found Fly Rides through someone a met while riding. I contacted Will at the shop and we talked about what I was interested in. He suggested a bike other than what I was looking at but they would have to order them. They came in sooner than expected and we set up a date to pick them up. When we arrived at the shop my wife and I met Will and he turned us over to his set up guy Noah to be fitted to the bikes. Noah really took his time with both of us setting up and explaining the functions of the bikes. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such good customer service. We both had a great experience dealing with Will and Noah. It was well worth the drive from Orange County to Poway.

Fantastic showroom with great selection of bikes. Ended up buying the Cube Reaction 750 and very happy with the the bike and the sales and support provided by Trey & Noah during my visit. They spent the time and made sure the bike was adjusted to my liking. Prior to visiting Fly Rides I visited several other bike shops and none came close to providing a warm fuzzy feeling when making such a purchase. Five Stars!
