  • Entire family enjoyed this experience. The tour bus picked us up from our hotel in Waikiki, did some stops along the way and dropped us at the center and returned to pick us up that night. The guided ...  more »
  • This was one of the best parts of our vacation. We bought the Super Ambassador Luau Package and it was worth every penny. Some people might look and think it is too much to spend but I would disagree....  more »

  • My family absolutely loved our experience at the Polynesian Cultural Center! Our guide, Gabriela, was sweet and very knowledgeable. She was very patient with us and was great with my 5 year old daughter. We enjoyed the food and the presentations and activities and were in awe by the performances and the Ha: Breath of Life show. It is absolutely worth the cost. I've been telling everyone already about our fantastic experience and hope to be able to return in the future.
  • Awesome must have experience if you are visiting. I would recommend getting one of the ambassador packages to get the full experience. The pass gets you into all 6 island culture events and hands on tutorials in coconut husking, basket weaving, fire making and all sorts of other attractions. At the end of the visit, wind down with an authentic luau with music and all you can eat items. After the luau you will also have access to the live show “Ha, Breath of life” which is a AMAZING must see show. There’s fire dances, live singing, a wonderful storyline, and did I mention fire dancing!! Place is an all around blast and a must see place.
  • We had a blast visiting this place. Tickets with dinner and the show are really pricey but worth in my opinion. Dinner was a buffet style and you could eat as much as you wanted. Food was also very good. While you eat there a little performances so it keeps it very entertaining. We were there with 6 and 7 year olds and they also liked it. All workers are super nice and helpful. Boat tour guide was also super funny. One day may be not enough to see everything.
  • Excellent attraction to learn about the cultures of Polynesia: Hawaii, Fiji, Tonga, etc. Plenty of shows, presentations, music and dances. Was quite interesting, many interactive activities to do. Canoe show was entertaining, and the best cultural presentation was the one in Tonga. Many different food vendors available for pineapple shakes, ice cream, etc. If you're into football, there's the Polynesian Football Hall of Fame. The luau buffet was loaded with beef, chicken, Poke, vegetables, and of course the roast pork. Ha Breath of Life was a great show, especially the ending with the fire spinning. Staff are overall very friendly. Tickets are pretty high (depends on the package) but there's a ton of stuff to do. I recommend getting there when they open to make sure you see everything, but on the other hand, each ticket allows includes 3 day admission, so coming back again is an option. Was exhausted at the end of the day. Also, many of the employees are students of the next-door university, so tickets sales help them get an education, as well as some portion going towards research.
  • This was a great experience! It was easy to spend the entire day here. There are shows and demonstrations going constantly, the people there are extremely friendly and seem excited to share what they know about their culture, and the setting is nothing short of picturesque. The buffet at the end was decent, but I would recommend going to the luoa. The final show of the night was definitely the highlight. The story is beautiful, the performers are on point, and each act stands out in its own unique way. Make this a part of your trip, you will not regret it.
