Sleepy Hollow State Park is a public recreation area covering 2,678 acres (1,084 ha) in the townships of Ovid and Victor in Clinton County, Michigan. The state park is located off US-127 nine miles southeast of St. Johns and four miles northwest of Laingsburg and centers around man-made, 410-acre (170 ha) Lake Ovid.

    We have mountain biked and XC skied here but never stayed. We had a great time summer camping in the rustic walk in sites. They are secluded and off one of the hiking/ biking trails. The beach was a.....  more »

    Very nice park. Most of the sites are quite private. Paved site pads and paved roads. Difficult to park large RV's because it have narrow drives and lot's of trees. Overall it was a good experience.  more »

    Great place to camp wooded lots amazing fireflies at night. Trails are muddy though that is common for the entire state this year. Water is accessible at the campsite, but no permanent water hook up. Power is close on some sites others you will need a long power cord. More Michigan state parks should offer off site camper storage like most of those up north.

    Stayed at one of the walk in rustic campsites. The site was great but we had unruly neighbors that kept us up all night. Called the park ranger who came and had a word with them but they carried on anyway. Overall, this is a beautiful park with a lot to offer but needs more security.
