Olive oil paradise. We stopped in while visiting from out of town. The proprietor was very friendly, very knowledgeable and even shared some information about the town, it's history and things to do.

They have a great selection of olive oils and balsamic vinegars to taste and for sale. The flavors are delicious and inventive. Each oil/vinegar station includes mixing suggestions for partner oils and vinegars. They also sell some local spices, honeys, jams, and condiments. This is a great place to stop in if you are walking around downtown Glens Falls.
