In the market for a full suspension mountain bike so I visited Trek bicycle shop in lake Oswego. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to take a fun little test ride through a neighborhood by the shop. They even went my son a bike to right next to me. Only reason not giving five stars is just because they have a little bit more limited selection. They did have an excellent recommendation for me and I felt like they got to know me. This is a place where I could see myself buying a bike.

I love the bike and the staff were all (and I do mean everyone even the mechanics) very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and personable. The cleanest and best bike store and mechanic shop I have ever been in. I have been riding trek bikes ranging from road races, large group statewide tours, and downhill mountain, for 31 years now. This shop is still hands down the best I have stepped into. They had everything we wanted and if they didn’t they helped track down where to get or offer something else they did have that was comparable to what we wanted. They even understood and didn’t get pushy when we said there was a specific brand of item we wanted and they didn’t have it. But still made sure to think of little items that I didn’t think of because of my own excitement of buying a bike I have been looking for for months. We walked out the door ready to ride and drop into trails right out the door. Never pushy and never short with us as we would change our mind about and item for a different one. Will shop here again and I recommend others do as well. Heck we drove an hour from our house to come here and will do again
