Love taking a late afternoon paddle off of the beach at George Rogers Park. Nice area to easily get on and off the paddle board - parking is a bit tough on hot days.

Love this park! So much to do and see with great access to the Willamette River. Park is ADA accessible so all can enjoy the outdoors. Includes the old historic iron furnace as part of the park. Includes tennis, baseball fields, a playground, picnic tables spread throughout the park. Large green area to play or get your paddle board or kayak set up to get in the water. Tons of places to take family or sr pics.

Beautiful place. It's not very crowded, quite & peaceful. Well maintained & clean. No play structure for kids but its fun picnic spot or day near water. Not sure how good the water is for play,swim.
