I had an amazing time camping here, the camp grounds well taken care of. Super clean bathrooms and showers, campsites were clean and well located, plenty of options available. The camp staff was knowledgeable and kept campers informed on the events for each day. Noise from airboats could be heard up until about 12/1am, but it wasn’t horribly loud. Lots of deer and armadillos and cardinals. My sons became junior park rangers and enjoyed their first time camping. Wonderful spot for families or solo adventures.

Came here with some friends and camped in tents, the fire pits were very nice and large to sit around with a group. scenery was cool. Walked on some trails and went to the lookout tower. Be careful with your food. There are lots of raccoons that will try to steal your food if it’s out.
