  • Nice variety Have a little bit of everything. Some repeats on such things as crafts. Fresh fruit and veggies were inexpensive. The only thing that was so so, was some of the performances of corner musicians. Most were pretty good, but that little girls screeching was horrible, so much so we could hardly talk with the vendor we were trying to purchase from. The best thing was the bread sellers. It was fresh and very tasty . Remember to bring cash as many can't take plastic. The bread folks actually were able to cash a $100. Go early before it gets hot and you'll be able to get a decent parking spot (free) and not have ed to be jostled by all the other patrons.
  • It's a very nice experience and gives a nice exposure to the southwest, but keep in mind that it's a Farmers & Crafts market with a small f and a capital C. Maybe one-quarter of the vendors are actually selling direct-from-the-farm products. Maybe another quarter are selling prepared foods from a food truck, bakery, kettle corn, or juice stand, and the other 50% are craft or novelty vendors. And look for a musician or two every 75 or 100 feet playing an instrument for tips. Enjoy the stroll.
