  • We drove from California to Texas on I-10. We stopped at Recycled Roadrunner Sculpture Rest Area, Las Cruces, NM in summer two years. The views were beautiful and include mountains.  more »
  • Just looking at the details of the roadrunner is worth the stop. You only need a few moments and appreciate the art and the time it took to put this thing together. Trust me is worth it.  more »
  • Great view. The bathrooms are decent as well. There was music in the background which was a nice change of pace compared to other rest stops. There's a while area devoted to where the animals can be. It looked like there were hiking trails too
  • The sculpture is very cool. Also a very nice rest stop, very close to town with a great view of the valley. There are many ferrel cats living in the desert surrounding this stop. They raid the trash cans and drive your dog crazy (use a leash!). Very cute.
