A celebrity following and world renowned customer service have turned the Palms Casino Resort into one of Las Vegas’ most desirable destinations. This contemporary resort boasts extraordinary accommodations, distinct nightlife and a diverse mix of award-winning bars and restaurants across a 95,000-square-foot casino.

Just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, the Palms is home to the glittering Ghostbar, made famous on MTV’s The Real World: Las Vegas. An array of dining options such as the Michelin star-rated Alizé, celebrity hot spot N9NE Steakhouse, and a new authentic Chinese dining experience from Chef Tony Hu, Lao Sze Chuan.

Palms has played host to MTV’s 2007 Video Music Awards, Bravo’s Celebrity Poker Showdown, E!’s Party at the Palms, and A&E’s Inked, but it’s the resort’s unique amenities and exceptional customer service that set this boutique property apart.

  • Surprisingly under-whelming and low rent, these days. Ghost Bar is now the Apex with no line. No shopping options. Food outlets are okay. Front desk was lovely and efficient and staffed with agents. Not one self check in kiosk to be found. Kudos for keeping the personnel and personal interaction! Small casino. Pearl Theater is an awesome smaller more intimate venue. Parking was surprisingly easy and free. Not sure I would return to the Palms in the future. It's not on the strip and only a few other casinos are nearby and convenient. So many other options to explore on the strip and downtown.
  • Impressive very clean & spacious casino, with the hottest club in Vegas! Great sit-down restaurant options throughout the hotel and a huge delicious buffet with so many types of cuisine all done very well. Great rooms. Friendly staff. Just off the strip with great valet and easy uber access if you want to get out and explore. But, if you don't want to leave, you have everything you need right on the Palms property. Enjoy!
