Palazzo Resort Casino, Las Vegas

This was my first time staying here. I was traveling with my mother who was using a wheelchair. Everyone was so kind and attentive. They made my job of getting her and our belongings to our room so easy. We ordered in-suite dining and the food was fantastic and came in huge portions. Very fresh with high quality ingredients. They setup the little round table in front of the window making it the nicest restaurant in town. We are very impressed and hope we get another chance to stay here again.

Perfect place to stay at while in Vegas. I've stayed at other hotels on the Strip and The Palazzo could easily be one of the best out there. Staff is warm, helpful, and very attentive to detail. Very polite and kind, as well. The hotel has a casino on the first floor and is attached to the Grand Canal Shoppes, which is attached to The Venetian casino. You can go back and forth between both casinos with no problem. Plenty of restaurants and shops to explore and enjoy. Though it can get quite crowded during peak season. Don't forget, the gondola ride is in this location, as well. Lots of things adults and kids can enjoy within close proximity of each other. Room service is excellent! Food is fresh and of good quality. Definitely one of their strongest points.
