Stool waiting on the balcony near the Bar Parisol to see the Lake show. It was.... different. Anticlimatic. Not what we expected at all. Otherwise the hotel lobby is stunning with the hanging flower..... more

The Wynn is a beautiful hotel and casino. This my third stay here and it never disappoints. The resort is immaculately clean and the rooms are spacious and well thought out. Plenty of storage and the most comfortable beds. I love that Alexa will open and close your curtains and play music etc. plenty of dining choice, mostly on the high end. Sinatra was excellent both in terms of food and service as was the Terrace Point Cafe for breakfast. Also dined at Wing Lei, excellent service and good foods.

I’ve been staying here for years.. I come to the Wynn for the exceptional service, the cleanliness, the friendliness, clientele, and also the security. I was surprised and impressed to see service dogs sniffing for bombs! Also, I haven’t been since we’ve needed to swipe our room key to get to the elevators. It’s unfortunate, but in the way the world is today, we need to feel safe and the Wynn is getting the job done.. period! Drinks! Drinks! Drinks! I get asked if I need a drink before my glass is even half empty.. I’m not even close to exaggerating. I am a tipper though ;) That doesn’t happen at probably 80-90% of the other casinos… I’ve pumped more money into machines waiting for servers at other places over the year’s waiting for my “free“ cocktails. The staff is always friendly but not snobby, always helpful, and the people who stay there are really cool. It’s a place with a great vibe!
