The Vineyard

Zephaniah Farm Vineyard is a family winery on a third-generation family farm. The winery is named after our great- grandfather Zephaniah.

The Wine

Our wine is carefully crafted by Bill and Tremain Hatch, a father and son team. Bill and Tremain grow our grapes. Their attentive, earth-friendly farming practices - and the great Loudoun land- produce wonderful grapes.

The Tasting Room

Our tasting room is distinctively located in our family home, built in 1830 and filled with antiques. We sell Zephaniah wine only in our tasting room, open Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5:30 pm.

  • My group had such a wonderful time at this vineyard on Saturday. We arrived around 2:30 PM this past Saturday and our group of 7 was seated right away for a tasting. Christina, our server for the tasting, was very engaging, informative, and friendly! My favorite wine was the Adeline white blend. Then, we brought a small picnic and enjoyed the scenery outside. I loved the small, personal feel of our visit. I definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the area.
  • Very different type of winery experience here. It's a house, that the owner lives in upstairs. When you arrive the staff moves you into one of their living rooms. You sit and they do the tasting in the house chairs. It's like sitting in your grandparents living room. They have a load of nicnacks and old books on the shelf. It's pleasant but unusual. The wines - mainly the whites were very good. One of two of the reds were a tad underwhelming, but overall not bad. Again, if you're looking for a bit of history in a charming but different wine experience, this would be it.
