My only interaction with Carlson's has been to step into this tiny waterside shop to buy the smoked whitefish pate with water crackers. It is the best in Michigan, in my opinion, and I can't imagine..... more

Great place to get some smoked fish. The taste is so smooth with the right amount of smoke. Great with some cheese and crackers. Will visit again.
