Great place to go for an experience! It's not that long of a hike. I do recommend good shoes and sunscreen. The pictographs are really interesting, at face height and you get to walk right next to them. I was told 4hrs but its closer to 2hrs. Bring a snack or lunch with you, there's a nice picnic area.
