Eagle Gun Range, Lewisville

I came to town for a conference and had time to go shooting a couple of days. This is a great range with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. My first outing was with a friend who had not been out to shoot in a while. After putting our coats on the coat rack, we settled into our roomy lane that allowed us to hang up our targets. There was a range monitor to answer questions, clear misfires and assist in any way. My friend was made comfortable with the help and was able to shoot very well. We had a great time and I was determined to come back. I returned three days later, this time by myself for a private session with Erick. He listened to why I wanted a private session, adjusted my red dot for me, taught me three new grip options and helped me settle on one that significantly changed my ability to shoot confidently with good body mechanics. I also got a crash course in how to shoot an AR. It was a great session and I really appreciated his patience, his own ability to shoot well, his knowledge and that I was given options. What a great experience. Those two days helped make my trip great! Great place to train.

In Dallas on business and stopped by tonight. Outstanding place. Great selection of rental firearms and 20+ lanes! The RO was super friendly and happy to help. Organized and very well run. Going back tomorrow!
