  • Our tour guide, Mimi, was engaging and fun. She knew her bourbon history and taught us a lot. The distillery is in a great district with adjacent bars and restaurants.

  • Nice tour. Best in Lexington. Great location with a couple of restaurant options very close as well as a little shopping. Need facility. Not the most comprehensive as they don’t age there but definitely a nice stop if interested in bourbon. History there is far greater than I had realized going into it!
  • We visited the James E Pepper distillery and sampled some of the bourbon. We did not do the tour. Maybe next time. It was our first time here and a lot to see. My wife enjoyed the mint Julep to celebrate it being Derby race weekend. Bought 2 bottles of 1776 bourbon to take home. Very nice and upscale place.
