  • This tour is new to the Plantation and not on their website. If you don't have children and want an adult experience equivalent to the train ride do the Rum Safari tour. Tangey and Le'on were great...  more »
  • Wonderful! The train ride is only 45 minutes, but lots to do on the plantation, including a pottery shed, a rum-tasting room and gift shop, a sweet shop, and the main house. The rum was exquisite, by the way, and the tasting was free! We tasted dark, spiced, coconut, and coffee rums, an excellent rum punch, as well as a small complimentary piece of absolutely delicious, moist, spongy rum cake. Beautiful grounds and orchards and lots of interesting and educational facts shared by the conductor of the train ride. Also, it's a very reasonable price for the train ride and entertainment - $19 per adult, $14 for kids. Our family of 12 enjoyed it greatly for Father's Day - an excellent value and relaxing outing!
  • Had an awesome day at the plantation. Did the whole Steam Train guided tour, conductor was amazing and kept us all well informed and entertained throughout the entire tour. Was a lot of fun and I do it again in a heartbeat.
