We had a great experience at the Melville Vineyard. This complete organic vineyard "...currently has sixteen distinct Pinot Noir clones and selections planted on their estate, each offering unique benefits. Ultimately, they work in harmony to make the wines dynamic and complete." Laurie was engaging and knowledgeable. She took her time with us and made sure we didn't feel rushed. However, we finished the day taking home a Chardonnay. The grounds are amazing and provide the perfect backdrop for your tasting or event. I highly recommend visiting Melville if you are in the Santa Ynez Valley area.
