Contemporary art is not for everyone. Good museum, good space, the art in it is so subjective that I only recommend this museum to open minded people who don't have much to do on a Saturday morning.

The museum is very peaceful! It’s all about the evolution and the small accomplishments of people residing in Queen’s & the artwork showcased by them. The only thing is they have very limited artwork. I was a little confused as I just got to see very few pieces of artwork. I wasn’t able to see half of the artwork as shown on google, maybe because half of the museum was closed due to renovation. I guess the MOMA museum in Manhattan is bigger with variety of artwork. Overall simple & good experience! The museum has a cafe as well , you can sit outside and enjoy a good meal w you’re family or friends.

This was a great rainy day museum experience. It is very easy to reach via Subway and worth the trip. While contemporary art may not be for everyone. MoMa PS1 was excellently curated, leaving me more knowledgeable after each exhibition panel.
