I don't have ac at work so head here for a cool down. The water is always comfortably cool and by the time I'm done swimming it's happy hour at the bar. Can't beat a $2.50 Shock Top on a hot afternoon. Great open air bar with friendly staff. Chill in one of the wooden chairs and meditate on the jungle across the water with my beer. Then over to the food truck which, in my humble opinion, is one of the best around. Not sure what their exact schedule is, not always there. But when they are the food is great.
Great place to hang out and have some fun. I don’t usually swim here but a lot of folks do. Personally for swimming I prefer the springs. Food is great and you can rent a canoe to and fish which is fun. Great spot.
