  • Easy to visit in a 1/2 day. Nice loop trails with the ability to climb ladders into the hillside structures. Nice visitor center and gift shop. More hiking available for the more adventurous.
  • Wonderful experience of visiting the cliff dwellings and learning about the history of the people who lived there hundreds of years ago. Sturdy ladders give visitors access to the cliff dwellings and the large dwelling, The Alcove House requires climbing 140 ft. up the cliff on 4 ladders and stone steps -- must be sure-footed! There are informational signs along the return path explaining about the flora & fauna.Highly recommended!
