  • A very beautiful park, where you can spend a whole day view the possibility of many walks and ponds where there are precisely different areas. It was a pleasant surprise also for the extreme part where there are also some gardens dedicated to Colibri and butterflies.

  • Beautiful park and trails. There’s two playgrounds - one for younger kids and another for older kids. There’s lots of parking if you get there early enough (we got there around lunch time on the weekend and had no trouble finding parking). There’s a man made creek/pond system where geese, ducks, and other birds hang out in. We even saw a turtle! We hiked along the trail next to the very small Japanese garden to the city view which was breathtaking. From various viewpoints you can see all of Los Angeles to the west (you can see the ocean!) and all the way to downtown LA on the other side. The hike is very easy with only a couple steep hills but totally worth it for the view. Highly recommend will be going back with the family again. It costs about $6 (cash only) to park the car on the weekends and holidays. Other types of vehicles have different pricing so check the park website to see how much parking will cost.
  • Nature trail all wild local native plants. Tall wild mustard, wild horseradish, yellow daisies, white & yellow daisies, magenta of native ice plant blooms. Restored dirt and dry weeds. Haven't seen all these native plants in one place for many many years. Thank you, Kenny Hahn and Los Angeles city and county. It has a wide paved trail along the top with the wonderful Baldwin Hills views.
