    As a Senior, ia m going to more funerals than weddings and Mount Sinai is the choice of burial for many people I have known. IT is, however, very ver classy and I am considering ordering a 'drawer...  more »

    Mount Sinai Memorial Park is located right next to Forest Lawn, so it's convenient to visit both when in the area. We really enjoyed the wall art mosaic mural - it's very well done. Peaceful to walk.....  more »

    Beautiful grounds. I have family that have been there since the 60s and more recent, as of the last 5 years. It was an overwhelmingly emotional visit, as I haven't been since 1999, the reveal of my grandma's headstone. I was having difficulty finding my family at first, so a grounds keeper approached me and offered to help find them, which he did. Such nice people there.

    R.I.P Hillel Slovak (1962-1988), original guitarist of the Red Hot Chili Peppers from 1983-1988. He appeared on the second and third albums (Freaky Styley and The Uplift Mofo Party Plan). Sadly he succumbed to a heroin overdose. The band was SO close to fame at the time.
