  • A wonderfully creative installation! It's a beautiful huge camphor tree hung with many electrically-lit crystal chandeliers that are illuminated in the early evening. Sadly the last I heard ... it seems "the local authorities" have demanded it be turned off pending special legal requirements be met by the Artist before it can be lit again. Hopefully this will be figured out soon so this fun, home-made, whimsical piece of public art can once again show LA is not just a broad blah bland urban tract!
  • A nice place to make you mind go wind with imagination. I've been here a couple of times. The tree is not always on at night but it's a good experience seeing this huge tree filled with lights and light. The area is a neighborhood so please keep that in mind. Please be respectful.
