The southern Californian community of Venice has for decades been famous for its vibrant subcultures and offbeat way of living, and Venice Beach and Boardwalk is no exception. One of Los Angeles’ most legendary spots, the beach is packed with people from all walks of life. Stroll along the boardwalk to pass numerous street performers, food stalls, and artists selling their wares. You can also watch anglers on the fishing pier, surfers battling the swell, and some of LA’s fittest residents working out at Muscle Beach. Make sure you leave enough time to sunbathe on the soft sand and dip your toes in the Pacific Ocean. A visit to Venice Beach and Boardwalk represents just the start of the adventure when you use our Los Angeles trip builder app to plot your vacation.

A must, especially if you have never been here before. Lots of people watching at this place. Lots of typical souvenir shops. Must check out the skate park.

Wow. Experiences such beautiful views and a wonderful time. Rode motor bikes along the beach and it felt like a movie. It didn’t come out pricey at all. So much food places available! Stores for shirts and other memorabilia. There’s parking places available but you do have yo pay, however, it’s right on the beach. There is a lot of people selling, performing, and just there. Pet friendly. They do have a renting place for scooters and bikes but there are other ones on the street. We used those for less. Soooo pretty.

The midday experience was nothing extraordinary. Multiples food options. Various other shops. Anyone really recommending tasting something from there? I didn’t really enjoy the bacon dog either. Mhhh… need to experience it at sunset next time and see how it goes!
