  • Bought tickets for my brother and I to celebrate our birthday and figured the tour would just be the add-on to a bourbon tasting that was well worth $15. I was totally wrong and got it backwards; the tour is the main exhibit and the bourbon is the cherry on top. The tour is so cool but no description could do it justice, it's something you have to experience to understand. They have videos demonstrating how the river would have looked and how Evan Williams would have interacted with the people of Louisville, and maybe it's a little cheesy but it's well done and engaging.
  • Evan Williams as a bourbon isn't my favorite. As a tour however it was an awesome experience. The guide was amazing and very knowledgeable on the history and the process of whiskey. The tasting was okay, and the gift shop was a nice way to end the tour. Try the caramel sauce!
