  • Hometown residents get a better appreciation for this scenic waterfront park especially since options are limited due to the virus threat. It really is a beautiful view of the Ohio River and the park....  more »

  • At Waterfront Park by the Big Four Bridge for Waterfront Wednesday. Great free music concert series for everyone. Close to the bridge, you can take a walk to Indiana and back if so inclined. There is lots of shade to sit in while waiting for sunset. Vendors for food and drink. No dogs or coolers allowed (they check). Bike racks for those choosing environmentally friendly transportation. Swings in the park are great for just chillin. You can people watch, river watch, relax, or let the music make you move. There is parking in the park’s parking lots, but they fill quickly for events. Be prepared to park on a side street and walk a bit. Always fun, it is great for families with young kids, teenagers, or singles/couples. Check it out and have some fun.
  • I love the waterfront park. This is a great location for parties, games and fun events. This park is large and located right in the heart of the city. It has play grounds and a water park area for the kids. It is the site of firework displays and festivals. It also has restrooms and nearby restaurant s for all to enjoy. This is a must visit place for any visitor to our city.
