Unravel the mystery of the largest hedge maze in the Mid-Atlantic states - a one acre English ornamental garden at Luray Caverns. 1,500 Dark American Arborvitae, over eight feet tall and four feet wide, create a half-mile pathway of puzzlement. Challengers must navigate their way through twists and turns while searching for hidden goals on a mission to discover the secret of the maze. A misting fog provides cooling and special effects. The Garden Maze is fully handicapped accessible and is perfect for baby strollers.

  • Took us less than an hour as our kids were racing each other to find clues then the exit. It was a nice little stroll but not sure worth $10/person for less than 60 minutes.

  • This is the most fun part of the cavern experience. The cave is educational, sure but this is just a carefree let your hair down experience. A must for older kids and all adults!!!
  • Pretty cool if you dont use the hits and find all goals to reveal the secret message -- no spoilers here -- it can take a good 45 min or so to complete -- misters help cool you down in the hot summer months -- but nature was our mister that day -- still very enjoyable family "adventure" thing to discover such as look out towers - water fountain/courtyard etc...
