Formerly Chicago Riding Stable, Cindy's was purchased by William (Billy) Gough and renamed after his wife, Cindy. Today, it is owned and operated by Dale Gough, Billy's cousin, Theodore (Teddy) Gough, Billy and Cindy's son. Cindy's is open seasonally, with the season starting in early May and ending in mid-October.
