  • Beautiful well kept lighthouse. Be sure to go down to the end of the road for beautiful views of Lake Huron. Sunsets are fantastic from this beach  more »
  • The museum is fascinating and educational. The trail down to the lake, and McGulpin rock, is pleasant to walk, and educational with signs of informational nature.  more »
  • Stayed in the little apartment right next to the lighthouse. It was so cute, very clean, and very quiet at night. The lighthouse and gift shop are very nice and the view from the top is breathtaking! Trail down to the water if you want a quick hike or can just drive down and park basically right at the shoreline. Will definitely plan on staying there again!
  • Such a beautiful light house. The house keepers were friendly and shared the history of the original owner, wife and 9 children. The museum tour was $3. $1 donation for the stamp for the light house passport book. Across the street there was a picnic area with portable toilets and hand washing station. There was a dog potty area and trails nearby.
