The Shoppes at Rivers Crossing is a super regional lifestyle center located in Macon, Georgia. It was developed by General Growth Properties as a response to the declining area around the older Macon Mall. Phase I opened March 19, 2008, while phase II opened shortly after. Belk and Dillard's opened their second Macon-area stores at River Crossing in 2008; however, Dillard's closed its old Macon Mall location later in 2008 and Belk closed its old Macon Mall location in 2012, leaving the new mall River Crossing stores as the only ones in Macon. The Shoppes at River Crossing has become known as "The New Mall" to Macon residents.

  • No hotels on site but shopping you can do & eat. A few restaurants & quick snack shops are available. Benches are available for seating but not covered seating.

  • Just overall great area for shopping & eating. Always seems to be clean & nice with plenty to do. Prepare to walk unless you like jumping in & out of car.

  • Huge shopping area in Macon Ga
  • The Palace. Great inventory. Also has plus size clothes. Boutique is elegant, upscale, black-owned, beautiful, comfortable, Reasonably priced. I love their dressing rooms thougha little small. The decor is on point. I will suggest some training for your younger staff. He didn't introduce himself, I had to find him when I entered. Later during my visit a young lady was sitting on his lap while I was trying to pay for my item.. He was well dressed, soft spoken, fast with my transaction and even walked me to the door carrying my bag. I must say I liked that touch of service. I will definitely recommend this boutique and shop it again..With an expectation for the service to be even better.
