Create an itinerary including Wisconsin State Capitol
See the granite Roman Renaissance structure of Wisconsin State Capitol, which houses chambers of the state's legislature, its supreme court, and the office of the governor. Take a free tour (offered daily) for a first-hand look at the building's marble floors, glass mosaics, and door knobs with the state's seal carved into them. From outside, look up at the capitol statue--the three-ton bronze figure covered in gold leaf symbolizes the state's motto--Forward. • One hour guided tour. Very informative. Toured governor's meeting room, state senate and assembly halls. Supreme court justices court. Six of the seven justices are women! Building is massive...

  • The Wisconsin State Capitol is simply a stunning building. Everyone that is able should take a half hour to walk through this incredible structure. Photos don't do the majesty justice, and you really need to see it for yourself. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the area or passing nearby.
  • I took my family here because we were in the area. It’s such a nice place. So many fine detail on every inch of this place. There is much more than what first meets the eye. We were masked for the entirety but still so worth it. Everything is very well kept. On Wisconsin!
