  This is not your grocery store or even you local specialty Butcher's ham and bacon. This is the hand crafted, hickory smoked ( and yes you can taste the hickory smoke folks), real deal, way it was done before there were huge plants turning out fake cured meats, so good you use it to cook with like a spice, full on smokehouse, Ham and Bacon. Prepare to use it like a spice in a million things . For dinner or breakfast ....Follow the directions and you will truly have one of the worlds few remaining, done by hand ,quality foods.
