Soco Falls reviews
Lovely, must see. Great photo opportunity. Wear sturdy shoes. Very rocky terrain, difficult to get down to. more »
Soco Falls is right off the path -super short hike to a platform to view the falls. Parking was a bit of a mess, so try going early if possible. There is a rope with a steep climb down to the base..... more »
As others have said, this is a very quick hike right off the road. The parking lot only holds about 8 cars, but this wasn't a highly trafficked place while we were there. There's an easy hike to a wooden deck that overlooks the falls, though the view is obstructed from foliage. A much better view can be seen if you're willing to take your time down the steep path. Hold onto the ropes and you'll be fine.
This is a beautiful area and we really enjoyed the waterfall. Its is a rough hike up and down to the waterfall. I wouldn't recommend this area for those that are disabled or small children since you have to hold on to a rope to make it down a really steep hill. There is a nice deck at the top to look over though. Overall it was so beautiful!
