Orlandini Vineyard began its roots in 1988 when their first vines were planted. Over two decades later the grapes are still flourishing. Orlandini Vineyard is located on one of southern Illinois' highest ridge tops, deep in the heart of the Shawnee Hills A.V.A. After years of practice and experimentation in wine making, Orlandini Vineyard began releasing wines to the the public in 2001. Novices and connoisseurs have been enjoying our hand tended vintages ever since.

Gary Orlandini was born in LaSalle, Illinois. He is one of five children. Noella was born in Chicago Heights, Illinois and is also one of five children. The couple met in Carbondale and married in 1974. They have lived on the farm ever since. They have two daughters, Julie and Karen and a vineyard dog Vinnie.

The Vineyard changed hands in June of 2017 to Randy and Renee Feather.

  • This was our first stop on the wine trail, and we were very pleased! My husband and I both did the wine tasting, getting to try 8 wines for only $6 and we each received a wine glass! Frankie did a wonderful job explaining all the wines to us and he was very friendly! The wines were very good and we also got to try the sangria, which was delicious. Definitely would recommend stopping here!
  • Great place to enjoy wine, the deck is designed to curtain off the cold breezes and heater
