Low tide is best for walking or hanging out at this beach. Great overlooking views. You can park on PCH if the lot is full or don't want to pay. Look for one of the three picnic benches at the top for a nice view while you eat. Path way is not maintained and steeper than average so pack light. Pro-tip: during low tide (
