  • After a short hike around the lake with my 2 teenagers, we were ready to cool down on the water. Lake level seemed low but still great for a nice swim. Lots of dogs on the shore and the water playing.  more »
  • Little reputed Horseshoe Lake has an extraordinary view of a horseshoe of beautiful mountains. It competes with the Minaret Vista. However, the water level was sadly low when I visited  more »
  • Gorgeous lake. Easy walk around the lake, suitable for all, even a stroller! Sign posted about possible Dangerous levels of C02.
  • Beautiful scenery here !! Water was still cold in August!! Make sure to spend time here if you are in the Mammoth lakes area !!
