  • Hildene was an absolutely beautiful mansion. I truly enjoy history and was impressed with their background on Robert Lincoln. We enjoyed the guided tour of the home and the gardens. However, the speech at the Pullman car could be improved. I did not appreciate her historical context. Please state the facts from history without adding your opinion or becoming political. If you must be political, please post it on a sign and individuals can read it if they prefer. The town of Manchester was beautiful and the people were so friendly.
  • Beautiful grounds to take in some breathtaking views and history. Friendly and accommodating staff helped plan out a wonderful day at this gem in Manchester. There is also a Pullman luxury train car to walk through, which is rare to find. Fantastic experience, highly recommend if you're in the area.
