Manhattan Beach is very big on safety during the pandemic. Masks are required inside and outside unless your eating. Fines start at $100 and we saw two people fined, no exceptions. We felt safe as.... more »

Don’t miss a stroll on strand, a bike ride to hermosa and back, tabula rasa , spyder and wrights are fave shops Dine at the post, slay, Rockefeller’s , tacolicious. Best pier in the South Bay.. nice.... more »

Nice area. Similar to Hermosa Beach, but a little older and a little more upscale. Great selection of bars/restaurants. Clean. Decent parking relative to it being a busy beach community.

I live in Manhattan Beach & walk through downtown Manhattan Beach to take my kids to & from school. Frequently stop at Starbucks, Becker's Bakery, Wahoo's, Manhattan Grocery, and love taking my kids to the Roundhouse Aquarium
