Garden of the Gods Trading Post, Manitou Springs

This is a beautiful place. I'm from the east coast and love the mountains. So when I got to be here and see a whole different type of mountain variety, I was stoked to start exploring. They're are multiple different parking areas (handicapped included), you can bike, or walk from the entrance. The welcome center is the best place to start. There staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The park rangers are great, even have a sense of humor compared to other encounters that I've had in different places. If you have children, definitely bring them. They'll never forget this awesome place!

Majestic, clean, and beautiful. I was in awe at how gigantic these rock formations are and driving around them on the road was almost as great as walking among them. If you're trying to see national parks, do not skip this one! It was one of the best locations I have seen in recent memory.
