Dare County Arts Council, Manteo

Located on the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina, Dare County Arts Council is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to encouraging the arts in Dare County through advocacy, enrichment and opportunity.

Our Gallery is located at 300 Queen Elizabeth Street in historic downtown Manteo, North Carolina. In addition to a gallery for established and emerging artists, we also offer workshops, classes and performances in the historic Dare County courthouse.

Our gallery features original works of art in painting, photography, jewelry, fiber, metals, pottery and printmaking. Additionally, we offer prints, cards and collectibles.

DCAC is also home to the Art-O-Mat, a re-purposed cigarette machine now designed to dispense tiny, original works of art. Be sure to check it out when visiting.
